  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  4. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.
  6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
