  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. To serve, fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream, then fold or roll them up.
