  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head of cauliflower, riced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the riced cauliflower to the same skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice, and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
