  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to create a roux.
  5. Gradually add the milk and heavy cream, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add the shredded cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
