4 salmon fillets
2 cups fresh spinach
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
