Scale
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
Butter for greasing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth.
Pour a small amount of the cheesecake batter into each muffin cup, followed by a spoonful of the melted chocolate mixture, then top with more cheesecake batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
Let cool for a few minutes before carefully removing from the muffin tin.
Serve warm and enjoy the gooey chocolate center!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
These cheesecakes can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
Garnish with fresh berries or whipped cream for an extra touch.
