  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour a small amount of the cheesecake batter into each muffin cup, followed by a spoonful of the melted chocolate mixture, then top with more cheesecake batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
