Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
