Grilled turkey kebabs

Delicious and juicy grilled turkey kebabs that are perfect for impressing your guests at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into kebab shapes around the skewers.
  4. Brush the kebabs with olive oil.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the turkey mixture for a few hours before grilling.
  • Serve with a side of tzatziki or your favorite dipping sauce.
  • These kebabs can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
