Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, gluten-free breadcrumbs, green onions, dill, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. For the dill yogurt sauce, mix together yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the salmon patties warm with the dill yogurt dipping sauce on the side.
