Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers – 10 sheets
  • Ground pork – 200g
  • Shredded cabbage – 100g
  • Chopped green onions – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Oil for frying – as needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, shredded cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to form a dumpling.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
