Crispy parmesan crusted potatoes

Deliciously crispy potatoes coated with a flavorful parmesan crust, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss to coat.
  5. Add the cheese mixture to the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
