1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Celery sticks for serving

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the melted butter and stir until combined.
Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
