Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets until tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli and edamame.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and edamame, and toss to coat.
