2 large zucchinis
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
