Delicious and easy-to-make chocolate croissant bites cooked in an air fryer, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a few chocolate chips at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the croissant from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the chocolate chips.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Place the croissant bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Experiment with different types of chocolate or add nuts for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm for the best taste.
